Trail Report January 13th ,2013

The trails in Chittenden remain open, as a mater of fact we had a nice group of club members that headed over to the Swiss Farm for breakfast this AM. Anyways ,it is holding up fairly well considering we are in the middle of a January thaw. Soft snow, emerging bare spots, exposed rocks here and there , you get the picture which you would have had I not forgot my camera today. Needless to say I do not recommend riding for the next couple of days with hopes that we can hang on to some base and groom it up before it sets up Monday night .I’ll post when it gets cold , a few inches of snow will put us back in it .THINK SNOW.
