The Chittenden area received about 4 inches of new snow Saturday which on top of what we had has produced early season riding in the higher elevations with Pittsfield being in the snow jackpot.
This AM it is raining and in the 30’s. We are again playing the waiting game, however it looks like we will hold on to some base with the temperature dropping into the single digits later today.At this point lower elevations are quite rocky with many water bars exposed.We do not recommend riding at this time in Chittenden. Stay tuned.
