Trail Report February 17,2021

The Chittenden area received about 3 ” of heavy wet slop that contributed significantly to our building base. The trails remain flat and well groomed( Thank’s To Paul & Gwen). With yesterdays temps in the 30’s  afternoon drizzle and last nights temps in the single digits, the trails are now rock hard in most places with a breakable crust in some areas. This being said if you choose to ride you may have some cooling issues unless you have  ice scratchers. Another day with some traffic to loosen things up a bit along with just a little snow and we should be in fine shape. Thursday and Friday a few inches are in the forecast. Ride Safely and “Ride Smooth”.
