Recent light snowfall on top of the icy base has breathed some life into trail conditions in Chittenden. The cold temps along with about 6 +-inches of light snow has made careful riding possible on the trail system. If you are considering riding the trail from the Wooden Barrel you may want to drop in further up at the dam as the hill is VERY ICY. With a sketchy weather forecast Sunday … get it while you can.
