The snow continues to fall in the Chittenden & Pittsfield area. Another 6 ” since this AM. Trail conditions remain largely un groomed with rough areas and large water bars enhanced by a relatively high amount of traffic .( a few hearty sledders are out ). If you decide to ride make sure you have …

The entire system has been compacted , a bit more traffic today. Still water bars not filled in but the water is freezing up. Drag grooming should begin soon and that should help with the water bar thing. Nice fresh snow early season conditions prevail so use caution as always.
