Lots of snow !! The trails are still not groomed ( They are packed by the groomer) With colder night time temps groming will begin in earnest.Look for some super conditions this week. Catch it while you can.

Don’t let the bare ground at lower elevations fool you.Best snow of the season in the Chittenden area.Most trails are packed but not groomed yet so be careful as they can be a bit trickey. It has remained near or below freezing( Blood Root 24 @ 3:00 )_ so it is really nice for sledding.North pond has been packed …

WOW Powder lovers get out on it now about 2.5 feet fresh on the peaks with varying amounts elsewhere.Arlyn was headed out to pack it and eventually wil be able to groom.Caution to those who don’t want to get stuck…….. It happens in this stuff ,ride with a few sleds unless your an expert …

Conditions are really not bad, nice groomed surface with sections of thin snow .Also with the weekend traffic a bit icy in spots.North Pond is not recomended at this time Very icy and Rocky !! Keep your eyes on the sky as a Tuesday ,Wednesday snow event is possible. !!
