Snowmobiling is alive and well in Chittenden. The water is quite frozen and splashing is no longer an issue. We do still have some exposed water bars however these are being eliminated ASAP. Riding is good but still be aware of obstacles that may be present. Get out and enjoy it. Just ride cautiously . …

The entire system has been compacted , a bit more traffic today. Still water bars not filled in but the water is freezing up. Drag grooming should begin soon and that should help with the water bar thing. Nice fresh snow early season conditions prevail so use caution as always.
