The Chittenden trails have held up very well. We have been blessed with from 1-4 inches of snow Blood Root the big winner with about 4. The base is frozen tight and the corners will get icy with traffic. Pittsfield got skunked with snow … just a dusting. I did 50 miles around Chittenden /Pittsfield …

  I will be heading out  tomorrow afternoon to check out the damage caused by recent warm temps and rain. On the positive side

the temps have remained in the high 30’s and we have not had a huge amount of rain. I’ll report Friday afternoon how the trails are holding up.

Better get out and enjoy it while we still have decent snow.The weather looks pretty bad for a few days………

Warmer temps and lots of traffic have softened things up quite a bit. Chittenden still nice and flat for the most part, North Pond showing a bit of wear.
