Recent heavy wet snow has coated the Chittenden trail system with about 5 ” of nice base. Consistently colder temps and another six inches of snow will make for some early season riding . We do not recommend riding at this time but hang in there the season is about to begin.  

It appears like the fat lady is about to sing. Meaning the season is getting to the end. The trails are now quite icy with intermitent areas of perfect flat snow.  (Thanks Again Gwen & Paul).
